Ace Retail Holdings, the parent company of Westlake Ace Hardware, Great Lakes Ace Hardware, and several other retail hardware brands, has promoted Tony Houk to Vice President of Store Operations. In his new role, Houk will oversee the operations of over 250 retail locations across the company and will join the company’s Executive Committee.
Previously serving as the Chief Operating Officer for Great Lakes Ace Hardware, Houk played a significant role in optimizing store operations, enhancing customer service, and driving sales growth. He also has prior experience with Ace Hardware Inc., where he contributed to the company’s operational strategies.
A graduate of Ball State University, Houk holds a bachelor’s degree in business. His promotion to Vice President of Store Operations was announced by Joe Jeffries, President and CEO of Ace Retail Holdings. “Tony is a proven leader whose strategic vision and innovative approaches have been instrumental in our growth,” said Jeffries. “Throughout his career with Ace and Great Lakes Ace, he consistently improved operational efficiencies and expanded our market presence. His promotion is well deserved.”
